Mozarteum Hellas participated in the annual general meeting of International Mozarteum Foundation, the 144th Mozart Day held in hybrid format on Friday 24th November 2022.

Among other topics, the annual report of the Mozarteum Foundation was briefly presented and the next steps of the final renovation of the “Great Hall” were outlined.

All members, supporters and donors were invited to a special tour in the Mozart Residence before the general meeting: MOZART: CHE BELLO! A GENIUS IN ITALY, A special exhibition in the Mozart residence (24. Nov. 2023 – 25. Feb. 2024).

Rainer Heneis, CEO of Mozarteum presented the 2022/23 annual report. In his speech Mr Heneis said: “We are particularly pleased to have intensified our cooperation with Mozarteum Hellas and are very proud to welcome President Mozarteum Helles Evgenia Votanopoulou and Nina Patrikidou from Athens to Salzburg today. Various trips to Greece deepened the relationship and gave us the opportunity to familiarise Greek students with Mozart’s life and work.”

The organisation was represented by Evgenia Votanopoulou, President, Nina Patrikidou, Vice-President  and Dr Kostas Iatrou, Secretary General (virtually).
